The 2020 “Blanc Etc.” from Domaine Didier Dagueneau is a refined, biodynamically farmed Sauvignon Blanc that reflects the house’s precision-driven philosophy. Sourced from younger vines across Pouilly-Fumé’s flinty and limestone-rich terroirs, it’s vinified with native yeasts and aged on lees in large oak and stainless steel. The result is a wine of striking clarity—offering citrus, floral, and mineral aromas with a textured, energetic palate. Less grassy than typical Sauvignon Blanc, it leans toward elegance and depth, earning 93 points from Vinous. While approachable now, it will evolve gracefully through 2030 and beyond.
