You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcoholic beverages. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult's signature at the time of delivery. Carriers will not leave packages without an adult signature (21+ years of age) under any circumstance.
Direct shipment of wine to the consumer is controlled at the state level. Laws vary from state to state and change frequently. At this time, we can ship wine to all U.S states EXCEPT Utah, Rhode Island, Arkansas, and Delaware. We are able to ship distilled spirits within the state of California only. Accessories can be shipped to all 50 states and the District of Columbia! Please call us at (760) 479-2500 if you have any questions about shipping to your state. We are not able to ship internationally.
We ship to business and residential addresses via UPS, FedEX, and local overnight carrier GSO/GLS. Expedited shipping is available and these orders must be received before Noon Pacific Standard Time (Tuesday - Saturday) to ship next day, assuming inventory is in stock.
Meritage reserves the right to delay shipments based upon weather conditions
During the hot summer months or cold winter months, it is recommended that you ship your wine Next Day to avoid periods of extreme weather. If you choose to ship UPS ground during these times, you must sign an Extreme Weather Waiver releasing Meritage from any responsibility of product damage due to weather conditions.
All orders will ship within 1-2 business days from date of purchase provided all items are in stock and weather permits. If items are not available, you will be notified via email or phone of delay and estimated shipping date.
