Grapes: 95% Pinot Noir, 5% vin rouge (red wine)

Terroirs: Verzy and Verzenay

Dosage: Extra Brut (under 2 g/l)

Alcohol: 12.5%

Aging: At least 24 months on lees

Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels

Nose: Lively aromas of fresh red fruits such as raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by citrus notes and delicate floral nuances.

Palate: Fresh and mineral, with a harmonious and well-balanced structure. The wine's sapidity is accompanied by a fine and persistent mousse, delivering a long and sophisticated finish .

A lovely bouquet of Meyer lemon, pastry cream, yellow pear, dried white flowers and shortbread, it's full-bodied, powerful and vinous, with a textural attack that segues into a deep and incisive mid-palate, complemented by an elegant pinpoint mousse.
