We are working in the newest redeveloped section which gives us the ability to be the first to produce wine from our incredible block. 2021 Vintage marked the first harvest out of the newly redeveloped section of To Kalon.
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2021 Beckstoffer To Kalon Cabernet Sauvignon (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) charges out of the glass with powerful scents of warm cassis, blackberry preserves, and juicy black plums leading to hints of dark chocolate, cinnamon toast, and clove oil with a waft of red roses. The full-bodied palate is filled with the most gorgeous velvety texture and beautiful tension, shaping the rich, nuanced black and blue fruits, finishing on a lingering mineral note.
