Youthful fruit with black cherries, smoked thyme and some dried herbs to the nose. Just a twist of vanilla. This is firm and tight on the medium- to full-bodied palate, followed by a fruity, medium-length finish. Vivid, tight and well-poised.
The 2021 Yantra is lush and primary with blue and black fruit, crushed violets, and a subtle tinge of graphite. It full, supple, and approachable, with fine tannins and a clean finish that lifts off the palate. Drink this delightful and joyful wine over the next 5-6 years.
