Le Singulier 2019 is a biodynamically farmed, single-parcel 100% Trousseau from the limestone-clay soils of Jura, crafted by Bénédicte & Stéphane Tissot—leaders in natural, terroir-transparent winemaking. Destemmed and fermented in wood with a month-long maceration, it sees gentle élevage in large oak (mostly used), then bottled without filtration and minimal SO₂.
The result is a refined, aromatic red: bright cherry and wild berry notes meet fine, earthy tannins and brisk acidity. It’s delicate yet structured, with a mineral spine and peppery length, embodying both the rustic charm and precision Jura is increasingly known for.
A cerebral but drinkable wine—ideal for Burgundy lovers looking off the beaten path.
