A beautifully balanced Sauvignon Blanc that expresses both the elegance of Napa Valley’s high-altitude vineyards and the precision of Continuum’s winemaking. The 2022 vintage delivers vibrant notes of citrus blossom, green apple, and crushed stone, layered with subtle tropical hints and a refined mineral edge. Crisp, complex, and cellar-worthy, Sentium reflects both vision and place with poise.
Aromas and flavors of sliced apples, green pineapple and hints of flint. Medium-bodied with a lovely depth and brightness. Acid driven with just a touch of reduction at the end. Nine months or less in concrete tanks, used large barrels and 80-gallon stainless steel drums. Made by the fourth generation of the Mondavi family, including Chiara, Brian, Carissa and Dante. This is the second production of old-vine sauvignon blanc with 7% semillion.
Elegant and aromatic, with pretty notes of lemon blossoms, white pepper and litsea oil. The core of pear, apple, pomelo and ruby grapefruit is fresh and crisp, with a long, lingering finish and touches of white tea and tarragon that linger.
