Crafted by Hélène Charbaut, the 4th generation of her family’s Champagne estate in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, located in the Vallée de la Marne. Her estate is known for minimal intervention, thoughtful farming, and expressive terroir-driven wines.
A non-vintage blend composed equally of Chardonnay (34 %), Pinot Noir (33 %), and Pinot Meunier (33 %). Opens with vibrant orchard fruits—white peach, lemon zest—alongside gentle red-fruit notes and chalky minerality. Precise and saline, with crushed chalk and citrus backbone. The structure is quiet yet energetic, with a refined acidity and weightless texture.
