The 2011 Memento Mori exhibits seductive aromatics of nutmeg, dark raspberries, hints of chocolate, sweet ripe plums and red licorice. Very soft and balanced on the palate, light on its feet yet plush as velvet, displaying very finely grained tannins. Drink now with anticipated maturity 2016-2026.
