The 2021 Curvature Napa Valley Red is a partnership between Pride’s Co-owner Suzanne Pride Bryan and professional golfer Christie Kerr made under her Kerr Cellars label. This label was started with the sole purpose of raising funds for the fight against breast cancer and all of the proceeds from this label go to Breast Cancer Research. The wine is crafted by rockstar winemaker Helen Keplinger and this wine is a seamless, wonderfully elegant, and pristinely pure Cab-heavy blend that is made with fruit from Stagecoach Vineyard, Sage Ridge Vineyard, and Wappo Vineyard. This wine is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 14%, Sangiovese, 7% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Malbec. It was aged for 16 months in 50% new French oak and this small production came out to only 633 cases of this wine! Aromas of sweet cherry, blackberry, and cassis jump right out of the glass laced with hints of cut herb, cedar, and bittersweet chocolate. This is a juicy and vibrant red that is at once powerfully built but seamless and silky!
