The 2019 Grevino Estate Santa Maria Valley Pinot Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir organically grown with no chemical pesticides or fertilizers. This beauty was aged for 12 months in 50% new French oak, adding the perfect polish and vanilla kiss to this wonderfully complex wine. The winery is now helmed by rockstar winemaker Rajat Parr. This is a wonderfully layered Pinot with gorgeous red cherry and dried strawberry fruits accented with hints of black tea, cured meat, and earth that glide on a juicy core of fresh acidity! With a few swirls of the glass, the aromas open and round out to a plush, silky-smooth texture that carries this stunner to a long, beautiful finish!
