Emmanuelle Mellot is the daughter of famous winemaker Alphonse Mellot and it's no secret that wine has been in the family bloodline since the very beginning. Back in the 16th century, King Louis XIV appointed Cesar Mellot as his personal wine consultant in 1698. The family has been in wine ever since! Emmanuelle has been learning from her father and helping bring success to the family wine label for years and we are thrilled to see her finally start producing her own line of wines!
This Sauvignon Blanc has everything we love: punchy citrus, mouthwatering grapefruit with hints of springtime grass, lively acidity that is perfectly balanced by delectable minerality, and a refreshing clean finish.
