Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a single-vineyard, estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon from Eisele Vineyard in Napa Valley, California — a historic site first planted in the 1880s and farmed organically since 1998, biodynamically since 2000. The wine showcases the unique terroir of the vineyard, which sits just east of Calistoga at the base of the Palisades Mountain range.
The 2021 Cabernet is made from 100% estate Cabernet Sauvignon and was aged for 21 months in 70% new French oak barrels and 30% new Austrian oak foudres, giving it structure, complexity, and aging potential.
