This wine delivers the hallmark granite-inflected expression of Cornas: deep, dark berry fruit layered with savory undertones of pepper, wet stone and a hint of spice. The finish is long, structured yet harmonious. It is ripe, powerful but disciplined. Because the estate uses hand-harvested fruit, whole-cluster and native-yeast fermentation, and ages in neutral barrels, the terroir shows through cleanly.
