Domaine Ferret spans about 18 hectares in Fuissé and Vergisson, and has been part of Maison Louis Jadot since 2008. The estate is now led by Audrey Braccini, who converted to organic viticulture starting in 2020. It's also certified vegan. The wine ages for 10 months in barrels, then another 8–9 months in vats on the gross lees, achieving texture and integration.
Aromas of jasmine, verbena, lime blossom, pear and hazelnut with delicate spice. Subtle oak presence lingers beneath. Elegant yet concentrated. Citrus confit, spiced pear, white peach and almond flesh. There's a clear sense of mineral drive and saline lift and limestone crunch balanced with oak richness. It finishes dry and focused.
