Made from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay, it's partially fermented in French oak and stainless steel, offering fresh citrus and green apple notes with hints of floral, pear, and subtle spice. The palate is vibrant and mineral-driven, with bright acidity and a refined texture. It's approachable now but has aging potential through 2029.
