Continuum Estate sits atop the renowned Pritchard Hill overlooking Oakville and reflects more than a century of winemaking heritage. The 2022 vintage is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petit Verdot, and 4% Merlot, showcasing the volcanic and mineral-rich character of the Sage Mountain Vineyard.
This wine opens with aromas of black plum, black cherry, cacao, forest floor, and tobacco leaf, accented by sagebrush and a distinct volcanic minerality. On the palate it is polished and vibrant, offering layers of complexity wrapped in a velvety texture with powerful structure. It is regal and expressive, combining intensity with graceful balance.
Perfumed aromas of subtle currants, roses, lavender and sage, following through to a medium body with super-fine tannins that caress the palate and leave it fresh and inspired. A gorgeous and graceful 2022. Drinkable now, but better in 2028.
