The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard is quite a bit firmer and more tannic than the straight Oakville bottling. A massive, hulking wine, the To Kalon boasts huge power and depth. Chocolate, espresso, mocha, plums, graphite and crushed rocks all come to life as this powerful authoritative wine shows off its pedigree. Although outstanding, the 2010 isn’t a truly epic To Kalon.
