This wine is a combination of Pinot Noir sourced from Burn Cottage's three estate vineyards: Burn Cottage in Lowburn, and Sauvage and Sappa in Bannockburn. The two Bannockburn vineyards contribute a lovely richness with black plum, cherry, and spice flavors, which are beautifully balanced by the lively red cherry, cranberry, and savory notes from the Burn Cottage vineyard. A vibrant expression of Central Otago Pinot Noir.
Prevalent aromas of ripe strawberries and sliced oranges with peel. Limes and polished stones as well. It's medium-bodied with creamy, refined tannins and a caressing finish. Very pretty. From organically grown grapes. Screw cap.
