Sourced from the Bryan Creek Vineyard, this tart and concentrated sparkler is roughly half and half Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. At first sip it brings tangy apple fruit and a light dusting of cinnamon. With ample breathing time, it opened the grip and depth and overall concentration prove that this is a serious, age-worthy wine.
