Crafted in El Arenal, Los Valles (lowland), Jalisco—where volcanic, mineral-rich soils shape the flavor profile. It’s produced at Destilería Cascahuín (NOM 1123). Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown locally. Agaves are roasted in brick ovens, crushed with traditional methods, fermented "open-air" in brick and concrete, and distilled twice in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils. No additives.
Silky, fruity, richly floral, mineral, with white pepper spice. Clean and soft with lingering agave and spice notes.
