Paul Hobbs Winery is coming to Meritage!

We are thrilled to announce the Paul Hobbs Winery Tasting Room Take Over Event!  Trish Toye, Regional Manager for Paul Hobbs, will be joining us behind the bar to share this incredible line up of wines!

Paul Hobbs began his winemaking career alongside Robert Mondavi, who handpicked him for the inaugural Opus One team. Blending his deep-rooted passion for farming with his expertise in enology from UC Davis, Paul founded Paul Hobbs Winery as a reflection of his commitment to both art and science in winemaking. Over the past 30 years, he has gained international recognition as a winemaker and vineyard consultant, known for his meticulous, science-driven approach to premier viticulture. Continuously inspired by nature’s rhythms, he applies keen attention to detail and a mindset of constant refinement to every vine, block, and row he farms.

Join us on Friday, March 14th from 4:30-7:00pm to enjoy this spectacular flight of 6 wines.  Tickets are $45/guest and refunded with a $300 purchase from the showcased wines.
